TESOL MThN Greece Official Representative Call

Dear BETA Member,
The current TESOL Macedonia-Thrace Northern Greece Executive Committee has invited you to participate in its 24th Annual International Convention: “Teachers, Trends, Techniques: A world of change”, which will take place at the American College of Thessaloniki on 11th & 12th February 2017.

According to the partnership agreement, BETA-IATEFL will send one official representative whose conference registration fee, accommodation and meals will be covered by TESOL Macedonia-Thrace Northern Greece. The travel expenses (up to 200 BGN) will be reimbursed by BETA. The official representative will have to give a presentation at the conference and write a report for BETA website within 15 days after the end of the convention. S/he is also expected to get more closely involved with the work of the association during the forthcoming 26th BETA-IATEFL Conference in Varna.  https://www.beta-iatefl.org/scholarships/calls-for-official-representatives/.

ELTA Serbia Official Representative Call

Dear BETA Member,
The English Language Teachers’ Association of Serbia (ELTA Serbia) has invited you to participate in its 15th annual conference entitled “Awaken your curiosity”. The conference will be held at Singidunum University in Belgrade from 19th-20th May 2017. For further information visit the following website:

Call for contributions to BETA-IATEFL E-Newsletter (November – December 2016)

Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to contribute to the November – December 2016 issue of the BETA-IATEFL E-Newsletter (ISSN 1314-6874).
Please send your contributions to the editors at beta.iateflbg@gmail.com by 16 December 2016. Submissions received after this date will be considered for publication in the subsequent issues of the E-Newsletter .

 

Your submissions can focus on (but may not be limited to) the following ELT  areas:

  • Your past and forthcoming class/ school/ university projects, events, and conferences;
  • Your thoughts and experiences from conferences, workshops, courses you have attended;
  • Yours or your students’ thoughts and experiences from external examinations and other forms of assessment;
  • A problem or some small-scale action/academic research, or even an idea for encouraging others to do such research, even jointly;
  • Your work in the field of ELT, sharing teaching/research tips and ideas, or your professional life narrative;
  • An interview with some of your students asking how they see English learning, what they read, what websites they follow, etc.

Тази година Българската асоциация на преподавателите по английски език обявява „ЩАСТЛИВ“ ДЕН на 01.11.2016г. Тези от Вас, които подадат формуляр за членство (виж https://www.beta-iatefl.org/join-us/) на beta.iateflbg@gmail.com точно на указаната дата, ще подновят членството си или ще станат членове на нашата асоциация с „щастливата“ такса от 15 лв. вместо редовната от 30 лв. (редуцираната членска такса следва да се заплати не по-късно от 15.11.2016 г.). Членството, подновено или заявено на указаната дата, ще бъде валидно до 31.12.2017 г. Ако проявявате интерес, можете да станете член на БАПА или да подновите членството си до края на 2018 г. срещу „щастливата“ такса от 30 лв.
Ако вече сте член на БАПА за 2017 г., БАПА Ви приканва да разпространите информацията сред заинтересовани колеги.

Чрез присъединяването си към БАПА Вие получавате:
